The staff were very efficient and competent and the wake up calls and ironing were free of charge. The service was very good with an early check-in. I found a library in the foyer. Location: the hotel was just off interesting church, and a wonderful historical palace in the center of Genova. It also was in tucked away areas.

Grounds were kept clean, breakfast was marvellous. Stayed at a well-appointed and airy room with interesting books for guests to browse, a great view, for example. Its location was magnificent and stunning, just 10 minutes walk from a Roman Catholic cathedral. Loved this brand-new hotel, recommend.

Would recommend for everyone. Bed was comfortable & staff was friendly. You can see cathedral from your window. The place is 1 km away from Genoa downtown. The buffet breakfast was a big plus.
